- I have 15 years in the aftermarket auto parts industry. 8 of which were spent as the store manager of a family owned auto parts store, and another 3 as the commercial sales manager for a well known auto parts store chain. Following that, I spent 6 years working for the largest wholesale musical instrument distributor in the country as a customer service representative. I then spent 2 years doing inventory management, dispatch, and customer service for a wholesale automotive glass company before finding a home here at Hoffman BMW of Waterbury. I take pride in customer service excellence and making a happy customer out of an unsatisfied one.Outside of work, I am a gigging musician. I sing, play acoustic guitar, and write and perform songs live. I often perform as a solo act, as part of an acoustic guitar pull with other musicians, or with my full band.
